With a full time professional staff, they provide services to the community. Eclipse is now the major non microsoft tool platform. Active marketing and promotion of Eclipse projects is the aspect of the community and the foundation being focused on creating an environment for open source projects and promoting of Eclipse technology. Eclipse is an IDE that is maintained by many software development leaders. The Eclipse platform is to provide an environment by creating plug ins. The plug ins are used to do tasks while developing a software products. The Eclipse got off to a great start.
